1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of JojiSixugupo Manufacturing ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers, suppliers, and visitors to our website and manufacturing facility in Penang, Malaysia.

2. Services Description

JojiSixugupo Manufacturing specializes in the production of high-quality plastic jars specifically designed for:

• Sambal storage containers
• Chili paste packaging solutions
• General condiment jars
• Custom plastic container design and manufacturing

All products are manufactured using food-grade materials and comply with Malaysian food safety standards.

3. Order Process and Quotations

Orders are processed through the following procedure:

• Initial inquiry submission through our website or direct contact
• Technical consultation and specification review
• Formal quotation provided within 48 hours
• Order confirmation upon acceptance of terms and advance payment
• Production scheduling and delivery coordination

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to material cost fluctuations.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

• 50% advance payment upon order confirmation
• Balance payment upon delivery completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, company cheque, or cash
• Late payment charges of 1.5% per month may apply

Custom orders may require different payment schedules as agreed in writing.

5. Manufacturing and Delivery

Our manufacturing commitments:

• Standard lead time: 14-21 working days from order confirmation
• Custom designs: 21-35 working days depending on complexity
• Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
• Quality inspection completed before shipment

Delivery delays due to force majeure events or material shortages will be communicated promptly.

6. Quality Assurance and Returns

We guarantee:

• All products meet specified dimensions and quality standards
• Food-grade material certification provided upon request
• Defective products will be replaced at no additional cost
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only

Custom-designed products are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom designs and molds developed for customers remain the property of JojiSixugupo Manufacturing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers retain rights to their specific design specifications and branding elements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the order value
• Issues arising from improper product usage

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Customer product specifications and designs
• Business information and trade secrets
• Pricing and commercial terms

This confidentiality obligation continues beyond the termination of business relationships.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or material shortages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Penang, Malaysia, or Malaysian courts as mutually agreed.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice to existing customers. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
